From 1,500 grower-members of Cafe Organics Marcala in the highlands of La Paz, this medium-dark roast is rich, warming, and deeply satisfying. Grown at 1,300–1,700 meters on clay mineral soils, a diverse blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties are fully washed and sun-dried — drawing out a bold, sweet complexity that lingers.
