From micro farms nestled in the volcanic highlands of Alajuela, this medium roast is a study in balance. Grown at 1,300–1,445 meters on volcanic loam soil, Caturra and Catuai varieties are eco-pulped and sun-dried — a process that preserves the bean's natural sweetness and clarity. Expect notes of sweet apple, raisin, and honey in every cup.
